I was privileged to get a series of assignments from a UK-based coffee trading company that has operations around the world. The brief was fairly wide and I was given latitude to broaden the focus of the project beyond coffee production to include various aspects of the lives of the people involved. I travelled to Nicaragua, Angola and the Mpumalanga highlands of South Africa.
